The progressive, transfer and manual tools are produced using certified material of the highest quality, hardened and tempered at controlled hardness and, if required, PVD coated. The precision of the machining is guaranteed by the constant renewal of the mechanical equipment, provided with advanced numerical control systems. Machine programming is carried out by our internal CAM department as well as by the machine operators. The tool trials are carried out with presses used specifically for this purpose and the stamped samples are given to the customers along with the complete dimensional reports. The archiving of the work programs coupled with the accuracy in the production of all items allow us to guarantee the perfect interchange of spare parts.
