TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT Choose One Language

Drawing on a long, various experience gained whilst tackling a wealth of cases over the years, designers work closely with the customer as they develop the equipment, offering a series of specialized services, such as:
- analysis of customer’s demands and advice on possible technical solutions;
- co-designing with the aid of web-based data transfer and virtual videoconference meetings;
- engineering of all stages of the production process.

Once the kind of dies has been determined, the strip layout is arranged and the die assemblies designed using the latest 2D and 3D CAD technologies. A meeting is then arranged with the customer to check the design and make sure the technical solutions planned are compatible with the specific production and product needs (FMEA process).

After the FMEA check, the next step is to draw all the main die components and prepare the complete list of materials. All these documents will be entirely supplied to the customer on magnetic media together with the equipment. Every single component is numbered for traceability purposes.
